Account/User Name: [given to you in your personal email from me]
Password: [whatever you have changed your password to or that given to you originally]
Outgoing Mail Server Requires authentication: [same details as above - typically a checkbox]

Use port 587 instead of port 25 for outgoing email on mobile networks,,,
